Understanding the Place of Time in Life and Ministry

Introduction

Time is a creation of God that prevents everything from happening at the same time. God depended on time to separate His created works. It is time that determined when God created whatever He created. Because of the determination of God not to allow everything happen at the same time, He created time-regulating bodies. Time-regulating bodies are also light-producing bodies. They are ruling and reigning bodies. They are crown-wearers of the firmament. Anybody who must be in charge for God on earth must be favoured by time. God created only what He needs and needs all that He created. God depended on the light that luminary bodies provided for Him as He accomplished the creation of all things. There is time for everything and great purposes are accomplished in set time. To prevent elemental and environmental mayhem, everything God created function through time. All who succeeded on earth depended on the understanding of how time operates to achieve all they did. All who collided with time were offended by darkness.

Time-regulating bodies wear the crown of the firmament. They are chiefs among created works because of their ability to prevent everything from happening at the same time. All who function with the light of the sun are expected to submit to the sun and the moon wears the crown of the night. It is not possible to be part of the earth without submitting to elemental bodies that depend on time to control the lives of men. Those who submit to the ordinances of heaven enjoy the light that time-regulating bodies provide.

Those who understand the operation of time are masters and destiny-providers. You were born at a particular time for a particular reason. What you were born to accomplish was why you were born when you were born. You are not meant to operate in all season because you are under the influence of time. When Jesus came to the earth like all intelligent and prosperous mind-users, He understood the working of time. This is why He intelligently declared to His contentious brothers that His time had not come. His messianic ministry thrived successfully because He understood the place of time in life and ministry.

If we must not be frustrated in life, we must learn to understand the operations of time and submit to it. I was born in the month of June in Ibughubu village in Aguata, Anambra State, Nigeria. I am a covenant son of the Jewish Abraham from the tribe of Judah but I am found among the Igbos who dwell in the Eastern Nigeria – a land of the rising sun. I shine with other bright stars of David. There is something about the East. God loves Easterners. The first man God created was an Eastern man. Easterners are favoured by time because they house the luminary bodies.

God originated from the East but lives in the North. He stores His rich treasures in the South and showcases His wondrous works in the West. Because of how important the East is, everything that is important to God has its source and sustenance in the East. The East is the dwelling place of all time-regulating bodies. Each time God wants to accomplish great things on earth, He rises from the East. Because of how important the East is, whatever will affect eternity must come from the East. The first Adam is an Eastern man and the last Adam will still be an Eastern man. We are a prophecy-fulfilling generation who must understand how things couch in the originality of eternal purpose. If we must enjoy relevance in this millennium, we must seek what time had provided for us in prophecy. You can choose to be a friend of time.

The earth progressively wears different faces because of the influence of time on its transformation. Things don’t remain the same all the time. There is a time to plant and a time to harvest what is planted. God depends on time to process the destiny of man and his ecological environment. Different kinds of men are raised at different times to foster the development of the earth. God is interested in the development of the earth but He subjects His programmes to time and availability of men. Whatever we desire to achieve on earth must depend on time to be achieved. God makes all things beautiful in their set time. To avoid mishap in life and ministry, we must study time. If you are a student of Church history, you will discover that God raises different kinds of ministries and movement at different times. If you are an anointed servant of God, your anointing is meant to serve a particular purpose in a given time.
