Thinking with Chris Christian Vol. 14
Introduction
Fellowship is unavoidable. As long as you are alive, you must fellowship. Thinking is part of fellowship. This is why you have to stay on the word to be able think right. It is a blessing for your thought to be transformed through the word. We all connect to others through fellowship. Whether you will connect to other people’s thought or not is controlled by how you fellowship with the second person of your thought. When Jesus came to the earth, the second person of His thought was Christ the Son of God. The outcome of your fellowship with your second person will determines the fellowship of a third person. The fellowship of the second person goes on alone in the heart. As it goes on, it will attract the third person. There are so many people we meet but don’t relate with. These are the third persons the fellowship of our second person could not connect us to. All married couples, married the third person of their thought. There was a fellowship that connected them. This means, it is thought that people marry. Don’t ever enter into any serious relationship that a thought did not connect you to. When Jesus was looking for a key disciple, He asked a question, and Peter answered it from thought. Peter, the third person, connected to Christ, the second person of Jesus’ thought. Before the snake came to Eve, she had an initial fellowship that attracted the snake to her the second time. A lot of people have been destroyed by money because of their fellowship with greed.
There are so many unspoken thoughts. That a thought is not widely spoken does not mean that it can’t rule; thought is about fellowship. The real corruption of all fallen hearts occurs when they are alone. It is thought that prompts action. It is also the thought that connects one to a third person. Once you know the second person of your thought, you will know your real people because we connect to each other through thought. We are all protected by our thoughts. Before the snake connected to Eve, she was already corrupted in her thought. Failure is a fellowship; it is a thought.
In 2 Corinthians 13:14, the Bible says, “14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.”
Fellowship is inevitable. It is from fellowship that you can know the value of men. We often live out our fellowships. Fellowship also determines our appearance because you had some thoughts before you dressed to go out. Pastors mostly emphasize on the outward fellowship without regards to the inward one which is the ultimate. The inward fellowship is the real fellowship. When God wants to take anyone far, He guides his inward fellowship. It was fellowship that brought dreams to Joseph. No preacher warned Joseph not to succumb to the temptation of Potiphar’s wife. It was inward fellowship that inspired Joseph not to meddle with her. Christ was the spirit of God in Jesus that told Him about Calvary and why He had to die.
In the triune nature of God, the Holy Ghost is the part of the trinity that is with us. Jesus is no longer on earth; He is in heaven. God has always been in heaven, but the Holy Ghost is here to represent them and then, give back report about us to them. All who accomplished mighty works on earth fellowshipped with the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost is the spirit of dominion. The Greek word for ‘fellowship’ is “koinonia.” This is to share things together.
