Stylish leadership is a fashionable kind of leadership born from revelation and vision. It is also a kind of principled yet dynamic leadership that is established on its pattern. Stylish leadership promotes sensitivity, competence and productivity. It is selective and promotes discretion. Stylish leadership provokes the spiritual consciousness of seasoned leaders. A stylish leader knows that there is time for everything and a place to fulfill every purpose. In stylish leadership, people who desire to see are encouraged to look.

The unusual dynamics of a self-created leadership progresses itself with the foresight of a far-sighted optimism that encourages strategic leaders to depend on what they have to get what they expect. Jesus Christ was very successful in His life and ministry because He was stylish in His leadership. His actions were encouraged and fostered by insightful understanding that made Him so unique and on time in every situation. God is raising role model leaders who are unpredictable and we can’t be left out. The furnace of experience where God depends on intense heat to fashion winning virtues in stylish leaders is the reason why they usually last longer than time. Stylish leaders are always in-charge of themselves. They influence desirable change from their own change. In stylish leadership, whatever happens in a leader counts because it will control how he leads.

Newborn spirits are unleashed from God’s enlightened presence to invade the dominion of men because this is a time of new birth. The prophetic time of new birth is a time to produce sustainable virtues in newborn leaders who God must depend on to invent new leadership seasons. As a leader, you need to be stylish to be different, not for the sake of it but because it is necessary. The leadership challenges that leaders are often confronted with are usually dealt with through the dynamism of stylish leadership. Jesus was delivered from His numerous enemies because He was unpredictable. He allowed the prompt of a stylish leader to moderate His actions. The only way to sustain leadership relevance is to allow dynamism of leadership to order our leadership steps and life. However, principles protect stylish leadership from pitfall of extremism.

This generation needs stylish leadership to revive the leadership spirit of leaders that have been plunged into cold ashes of discouragement because of lack of enthusiasm. It will be difficult to avoid the pitfall of discouragement in leadership if pattern recycles itself in old fashion.

I know about principled leadership that is sired from the tent of revelation. Principled leaders enjoy the command of leadership stability and poise. A principled leader is a determined and dynamic leader who knows where he is going yet he is not in a hurry to get there. He depends on foresightedness to interpret and separate leadership ability, challenges and distance. Leadership principles can’t be established until it is born. Principled leadership is born from principled leaders who are separated by revelation to introduce new and well patterned leadership.

There is always a season in the life of every leader to stop, think, follow a new way or improve an existing way. When leadership mode and practice is archaic, its outdated pattern will make the blind to lead the blind. Because falling is subtle, those who are in leadership pit might find it difficult to interpret their situation. If the religious leaders of Jesus’ time spearheaded His crucifixion in their devoted act of leadership service, we must depend on the dynamism of our leadership style to escape this ditch.
