Introduction

Annually between October and November, The Locust Army International Church observes a special time of prayer and fasting termed Gethsemane. During the forty days programme, we embark on vision-inspired intercessions, warfare and diverse prayers on recovery and restoration. The Gethsemane season is also a time of deep impartation from the word of God. God accomplishes astounding wonders in the Locust Army during this particular period. Prayer is the master key. Nothing remains the same when people of God gather together in oneness and call upon Him. The time of prayer is a season of mercy and favour. Prayer is one of the opportunities God provides for believers to alter their situations and create new future. Through groaning and travail, they give birth to new seasons and transform destinies. It is a great privilege to be part of the fervent prayer season. Because prayer moves mountains, we must learn to pray until new things happen. God gives saints the honour of listening to their requests and meeting their individual needs.

God cares about origin of spirits. We all came from a particular source to represent the source. Nobody can be separated from the destiny of his/her source. It will be difficult to accomplish an outstanding feat on earth without minding our source. The God that relates with men considers their source first. It is what a particular source provides for God that He must depend on to create new spirits. There is no completely new destiny on earth. God creates and forms destinies of men from already existing lives which are their sources.

Whatever is born of the spirit is spirit and whatever is born of the flesh is flesh (John 3:6). The source of every life exists in the life. Source can’t be denied. It is only those who have their source in God that can accomplish the purpose of God. It is blessedness to know where the spirit in you came from and what you should live for.

2.Ask God to cleanse you; take away every obstacle that has been delaying your prayer.

3.Ask God to help you to be sincere to yourself.

4.Lord, open my eyes to know myself and give me the grace for the process of my self-discovery.

5.Lord, I judge the altars of infirmities and the platforms of darkness around me.

6.Lord, I judge and destroy any foundation sustaining sickness and delay in my life.

7.Lord, I free my life and destiny from the infirmities of iniquity and subduing powers of darkness.
