INTRODUCTION

It is not a secret to know that there are many things we are expected to know about God, ourselves and our environment. If the earth was created from the unknown things of heaven; our hearts need to be arrested with the surpassing desire to excavate the mysteries that lurk in the deep heart of God. God is not ready to seek men who don’t seek themselves. It is unfortunate that the entire existence which man was created to explore is still veiled from man. Man lacks the strength to cultivate the earth because the earth is still shrouded in mysteries. The revelation of this book was sired from taunting curiosity to look into the deep things of God so as to receive energy to exercise sovereign authority over things that are revealed. Man is an ambassador of dominion but it is only that what is unveiled that man can dominate. A lot of people are frustrated on earth because both their lives and environments are veiled from them. The desire to make man part of his world is why I shared a little of the things God unveiled to me through the revelation of this book. Therefore, the book is a book of my testimony and spiritual adventure. Heaven rules the earth.
Those who desire to set dominion on earth should know the ordinances of heaven. God depends on them to set dominion on earth. The luminary bodies bear the power of the heaven. God depends on them to set dominion on earth. The luminary bodies rule the earth because of their ability to produce light. Because of the light they produce, they are used for signs, seasons, days and nights. There is so much power that is embedded in light and anybody who desires to be important must seek the enlightenment of his life. When Jesus came to the earth to establish God’s eternal government, He came as the light of the world. His messianic ministry was successful because of the light He generated from Himself. He is the Sun of righteousness with healing in His wings. He is also the Star of Jacob who has the sceptre of rule to crush His adversaries. God in His infinite intelligence separated the luminary bodies in their stellar activities. The sun rules the day and the moon rules the night. The sun has ability to generate light from itself that is why it rules the day while the moon depends on the generated light of the sun to govern the night. God set boundaries over the activities of the luminary bodies. The sun knows when to rise and go down while the moon depends on seasons to set its dominion. The stellar heaven is very powerful because of the presence of these ruling bodies. We are stars of Abraham, but our governing power is tied to our light. The relevance of every luminary body is in the light it produces. This book “Power of the Stellar Heaven” also spent her focus on the attachment of men’s lives to the water. It established the fact that the realm of men and altars need to be built on earth to minister to the earth. Even though the earth is controlled from heaven, the state of the earth affects the destiny of men.
