GOD DOESN’T PLACE LIMITS

INTRODUCTION

Any life that is not complicated can’t exercise certain measures of dominion. Jesus is complicated in nature, so He conquered death and satan. It wasn’t possible for the grave to keep Jesus because He was complicated. Swords are wielded by revelation. It is meant for highly valuable lives because men cannot command spirits. After God has incarnated a spirit, the spirit will incarnate a man that can introduce Him. The basic function of an incarnate spirit is to speak the mind of God in chosen seasons. But the mind of God cannot be spoken until swords are wielded. Wielding is necessary because it is achieved by light and it is in the wielding that dominion is achieved. Jesus knew that God will not give dominion to Him except through Christ, so He wielded the sword of Christ.

Dominion is a function of safety. Only those who are saved can have dominion. What is not preserved cannot have dominion for a long time. God will never measure dominion in prayer. He measures dominion by the sword of the word. The transformational process that produces a son from a child is very precious in the sight of God. That transformational process is what qualifies us for rule. Dominion makes a demand on size and nature. Jesus came as Christ to enhance the sizes of men. The difference between the Lion and the Lamb is size, nature, and character. God cannot give a Lamb the dominion that belongs to a Lion’s character and nature. Dominion is not permanent; it makes demand on continuous ability to keep what you take. All who have dominion took time to go to the deep. Whatever is established in the deep will remain on the top of the mountains.
