³⁶Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.  ³⁷And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.  ³⁸Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.  ³⁹And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

¹After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. ²Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Stylish leadership is a fashionable kind of leadership born from revelation and vision. It is also a kind of principled yet dynamic leadership that is established on its pattern. Stylish leadership promotes sensitivity, competence and productivity. It is selective and promotes discretion. Stylish leadership provokes the spiritual consciousness of seasoned leaders. A stylish leader knows that there is time for everything and a place to fulfill every purpose. In stylish leadership, people who desire to see are encouraged to look.

The unusual dynamics of a self-created leadership progresses itself with the foresight of a far-sighted optimism that encourages strategic leaders to depend on what they have to get what they expect. Jesus Christ was very successful in His life and ministry because He was stylish in His leadership. His actions were encouraged and fostered by insightful understanding that made Him so unique and on time in every situation. God is raising role model leaders who are unpredictable and we can’t be left out. The furnace of experience where God depends on intense heat to fashion winning virtues in stylish leaders is the reason why they usually last longer than time. Stylish leaders are always in-charge of themselves. They influence desirable change from their own change. In stylish leadership, whatever happens in a leader counts because it will control how he leads.
