INTRODUCTION

Wisdom is the principal attribute that both separates and preserves the values of the ancients. It is the foundation upon which everything created stand. The ancients are adorable in their experiences and complicated wisdom that makes them next to God. There are numerous qualities that represent the divine character of God, but wisdom is the greatest. God gives wisdom only to the wise. It is not possible for those who are deeply rooted in wisdom to lack gold. The Spirit of wisdom which functions through revelation loves knowledge. Wisdom is a visionary spirit that shields men from the witchcraft of confusion, ignorance and foolishness. The importance of wisdom is why the Lion of Judah will come as the Ancient of days which is not just a title, but a name that presents God as the embodiment of complicated wisdom and infinite knowledge. It will take continuous winning of life’s battles to be a seasoned elder with lots of wisdom and favour. An elder of a people is the closest person to their God.

However, the wise seek wisdom early because it lays a sure foundation for our success, prosperity and preservation. What we seek reveals our relationship with destiny. Wisdom gives men understanding hearts. God gives wisdom to the wise to accomplish a particular purpose. It is what wisdom accomplishes in us that determines all that God will accomplish through us. The time we spend on earth rewards us with the wisdom and rich experiences we garner from life. Acquiring wisdom is growing in favour. Nothing is as important as the safety and security that wisdom provides. Great destinies can’t be forged without wisdom. Old age is made enviable through the wisdom of the wise. Wisdom is the leading spirit in the realm of dominion. Wisdom which represents the eternal value of the wise preserves the legacy of God on earth. The wisdom of the wise is one of the most important treasures of God. Those who lack the power to relate intelligently with the Spirit of wisdom will not enjoy the produce of the earth.

Again, it is the unbreakable fellowship the wise have with the word of God that makes him depend on them for direct and good judgement. The wise delight in transforming power. It will take being preserved by wisdom to prevail over time and take charge of season. It is what the spirit of wisdom achieves in men that preserves them before God.

In addition, we are as powerful as what we know. Elders with wealth of knowledge are usually the custodian of the destiny of God on earth. Knowledge makes elders stars in the spiritual firmament of God. God hides Himself in mysteries and whosoever unveils such mysteries will be united with Him. God loses part of His eternal life to wise men. The power at work in every man is measured in the man’s brightness. The spiritual robes of elders are made in the light of their lives. It is only those who are preserved by the knowledge of God that can be useful elders.

Great is the patience of the ancients because they are determined, focused and wise. Things that need time to be revealed will take patience to be understood. The impatient will always stumble on things. Patience never fails. Patience stabilizes the soul.  This last millennium should be introduced by the Spirit of wisdom. The ancients should be honoured because life has smiled on them. God is preserved by patience. All who are useful at old age took time to avoid life mishaps. Living is not as important as being useful because life runs on time. So waste of time is waste of life. God is very economical about revelation.

Moreover, God is not ready to reveal to men what they didn’t pay for. So God hides Himself in the higher self of men waiting for them to seek Him. The wisdom that God reveals to any man is a kind of wisdom that was already in his higher self. Wisdom to achieve things is not as important as the wisdom to unite with God. Wisdom inspires men to be patient.

Finally, the twenty-four elders have their secured place around the sovereign throne of the Ancient of days because of their wisdom and experiences. The sacrifices that the elders made are what is preserving them around the throne of blood. God does not use us beyond the level of our wisdom. Wisdom is a defense and it answers to all. Acquiring wisdom through meditating discreetly on God’s word is highly recommended. The wisdom of God is a heavenly wisdom that is pure and godly. This particular wisdom is produced from the brightness of God’s light. The continuous impartation of God’s word makes fools wiser. The brightness of the ancients which emanated from the clear understanding of vision is why they are part of the celestial destiny of God.
