THE LION FROM THE HOUSE OF JUDAH

INTRODUCTION

There are lineage traits and values that cannot be denied generationally. In Genesis 49:8-10 Jacob through the inspiration of the God gave the royal rod to Judah. Judah’s personality was tied to the Jewish generational kingship. If messianism is to be fulfilled, Judah must be remembered. It is the attributes of men that control the activities of God on earth. The special attributes of Judah gave him charge over the kingship of God on earth. What God will establish through us is determined by our value. When Jesus was on earth, He didn’t build a church, but He knew that if He kept increasing His value and crosses over to heaven, churches will multiply on earth. This is the wisdom of Judah’s family. All that wants to be part of this family should have this wisdom.

Scepter shall not depart from Judah. Scepter talks about rod of authority. A God value which men manifest is one of the unique qualities that made Judah king in Israel. Authority will always be given to commanding lives. God tame people by giving them eyes before He gives them power. Everything that has immortality was born from the foundation of light just like faith. All great people progress their lives and destinies through a slow process.

Judah is a law-giver. Authority cannot depart from a law-giver that provides direction. The Spirit of Vengeance is of Judah’s spirit and is the spirit of the last dominion. If you are discreet and wise, then you will become a law-giver and direction provider.

Interestingly, the royal destiny of Israel belongs to Judah. Thrones are places of judgment established on worthiness. You cannot sit on a royal seat except you are royal in heart and thought. Whenever there is king in Israel, it would be from Judah because of his blessed value and bloodline. When a vision is clear to a father, his children will inherit it. It was continuous development of Judah’s lineage that produced king David. There is nothing, more wonderful and powerful than knowing the story that produced you. We all live for the root that produced us. Judah is God’s sanctuary. If the habitation of God must be built, it is the ideological platform of Judah that will be used. The brightest light is the one that the Lion of Judah will produce. Royalty is attached to brightness. The word was life and then the life produced light and God dwells in the light. The word of God is the greatest gift of God to man.

Also, Judah is a light house. The foundation of royalty is laid on brightness. Judah became the producer of God because of his brightness. Why was the lamb slain to open the sealed book? The reason is that He knew that people would worship Him. Royalty has covenant with light. All royal bloods are made in brightness. Judah is a royalty because he is a light-house.

Judah has a royal blood. There are some unprecedented feats that only royal blood accomplishes. The life and value of every king is in his blood. It took the royal blood of a Jewish Messiah from the lineage of Judah to redeem man. In Matthew 27vs.50-54, when his kingly blood touched the earth, the foundation of the earth shook, graves opened and saints rose up. Today we drink His sinless royal blood in communion. Victory the blood of seven men couldn’t accomplish was gotten by the royal blood of an heir in the land of Moab. The nature of Jesus’ blood is why He is sitting on the heavenly throne.

Kingdoms exercise dominion through battles. The hand of Judah shall be on the neck of his enemies. All royal bloods are designed for dominion. War is part of royalty. All the children from Judah’s lineage are fighters. Battles can’t end on earth, so you have to fight continuously. Fighting is part of ruling. When David killed Goliath, it was an expression of support from his lineage where Judah’s hand must be upon the neck of his enemies for continuous dominion. So before the battle began, he had already won from family story. Jesus the Lamb came from the same lineage. Now Jesus is coming as a Lion of Judah with the Spirit of Fury to devour His enemies. Victory cannot be achieved without fighting and fighting is part of living. You must stay in pain and travail until the spirits that are meant to help you become part of you. Kings don’t do things because they are convenient, but for honour.

Promises are guiding mirrors. Consequently, God’s promises in the life of Judah are sure. Judah raised an altar to God around His promises and began to trust God. An altar is a meeting point between God and men. When there are promises and an altar is raised, the promise will come true. God makes promises to men’s capacity which is meant to be used in fulfilling their purposes and building their destinies. The promises God makes determine the strength of the altar to be raised. When opportunities are more, the demand will be high. When we expect great blessings, there would be great demands. So any time God makes a promise to you, ask Him what your own contribution will be. The moment God separated Abraham from the Babylonians and made promises to him, he raised an altar to the Lord. We should learn from Abraham. When a promise is made to us, the only way to make it ours is to pay for it. Paying for things introduces responsibility to people. Most times, people cannot take proper care of what they did not pay for. When God gave Jesus the spiritual kingdom, He closed His eyes and watched His Son go to the cross because He had to pay to make the promises come to pass.

In closing, the Lion of Judah is the root and the offspring of David. God functions by connecting the end to the beginning. Christ had always been from the beginning. The person that was born by Mary is Jesus through the influence of time. So Christ is the root of David while Jesus is the offspring of David. A man became both Root and Offspring. He is the end and beginning. He was there in the beginning and will be there at the end. Luke 1vs.35 talks about how the spirit of Christ overshadowed Mary. It was that relationship between Mary and the Spirit of Christ that brought Jesus. So the root overshadowed Mary and then gave birth to an offspring. Christ baptized Mary and she gave birth to Jesus. The end will always connect to the beginning. If we can know from the end, we will definitely know from the beginning. Knowing the end from the beginning empowers us to take what is ours. If you don’t know much about yourself, you can’t serve God very well. It is those who know their God personally that will be strong in the evil day and do exploits from intelligence.

Judah deserves the praise of his brethren because he was chosen by God. Judah became worthy to be praised from harvested value. In Psalm 114 vs.1-4, as the people pf Israel came out of Egypt, Judah was His sanctuary and Israel was His dominion. The sea saw it and fled, Jordan was driven back. The mountain skipped like rams and the little hills like lambs. Desiring honour is the capital reason to live, even if it attracts wounds to you. The elders said to the Lion from Judah’s family “worthy are you” so Jesus went through flogging, wounds, persecution and death because God believes that people must pay for honour. The Lamb deserves honour because He died. When people make sacrifice, nature will respond to them.

The God of every man is found in the man’s root. Identifying with your root and all that God has deposited in you will surely manifest you.
