THE ELIXIR OF IMMORTALITY

INTRODUCTION

The way God relates with us is controlled by how we relate with ourselves. God forges our destinies with what we provide for Him. Although death is not the destiny of man, people are still dying because destiny can’t be forced on men. All that died prepared for death. They were part of whatever killed them. When the ancient Hebrews came out of Egypt and were in the wilderness for forty years, their clothes didn’t wax old upon their bodies neither did their shoes wax old on their feet. This was possible because the tabernacle of God was in their midst. If God is with us, who can be against us? The power that preserved the destiny of the ancient Hebrews in the wilderness is available to all believers. The immortality of God shielded them from the attacks of other nations and kings. God will always preserve those who are in His presence.

While in Eden, Adam couldn’t die because the presence of God preserved him. There is no pain, sorrow, tears and death in the presence of God. There are things men must not suffer until they willingly walk out of God’s presence. The reason why the man Jesus couldn’t remain in the grave was because Christ protected Him. The presence of God was both attracted and sustained in the man Jesus by the incarnate Christ. Looking at the visionary Christ helped the man Jesus to see the way that led Him out of the grave. It was also looking at Christ that helped Him arrive at the right hand of the Majesty on High. The destinies of all men are tied to where they are looking at.

The reason why the eyes of Moses were not dim nor his natural force abated at the age of one hundred and twenty years was because of his oneness with the Spirit of the Law. The Spirit of the Law preserved Moses through fellowship. It will not be difficult for people to know how our future looks like when they see the way we live. It is the spirit we live for that must give us destiny. Christ preserved Jesus because He lived for Him. Death is a harvest men reap from what they sow. Those who didn’t get ready for death can’t be forced to die. A life without pain is a choice men are meant to make on their own.

Our humanity can only be preserved when it produces divinity. Grave couldn’t keep Jesus because He was clothed with the divinity of Christ. God had promised preservation but we are all meant to produce whatever God must depend on to preserve us.

Light is a capital agent of preservation. The impartation men receive from light is meant to preserve their lives. The house of God in the midst of men is a light-producing tabernacle. Those who connect themselves to the living light of God will never be subjected to the pain of death. God doesn’t always wait to be encouraged to preserve whatever is important to Him but He will never protect whatever corrupted itself. If the presence of God preserved the ancient Jews in the wilderness thousands of years ago, He will do much more in this millennium. If Jesus Christ rose from the grave more than two thousand years ago, it is wrong to subject ourselves to the pain of death in this last millennium. Whatever we allow in our lives will be allowed by God and whatever we disallow in our lives will be disallowed by God. It is men that are meant to determine how God and situations will treat them. The desire of this book is for us to identify with the divinity of our humanity. All rapture-saints are designed for the pain killing elixir of immortality.
