INTRODUCTION

There is time for everything. The destiny of this millennium is tied to its purpose. All who desire to matter in this millennium must buy into the prophetic plan of God for the millennium. This book was written because there is a remembrance of the dead. The resurrection of the dead is a major programme in this millennium. Because God does not relate with the dead, whatever is meant to advance the life of the dead must come from the living. God depends on men to fulfill the prophetic promises He made concerning the earth. God can’t have destiny on earth except man gives it to Him. He will always depend on men to manifest His power on earth. However, the resurrection of the dead can only be accomplished by men that have the Spirit of life.

When Jesus Christ came as the Son of God, He abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. After crucifixion, He was in the land of the dead for three days. Jesus Christ is the head of principalities and powers because He conquered death and Satan. He kept the gate of resurrection open when He rose from the grave. All who are born of God are meant to overcome the power of death. It is not possible for those who have the life of God to be bound by the spirit of death. When the Lord shall come from heaven with the voice of the archangel and the trumpet of God, the dead in Christ will rise. The dead is waiting anxiously for the coming of the Lord with the trumpet of God. Jesus Christ came as the Lamb of God in His first advent but in His second advent, He will come as the Lion of the tribe of Judah. The primary assignment of Jesus Christ in His coming as the Lion of Judah is to accomplish the resurrection of the dead.

Each time the message of life and immortality is preached, it ministers to the dead. The trumpet of the resurrection of the dead is waiting for the unveiling of the mysteries of life and immortality. We shall not all sleep but we shall be changed. Death will surely be swallowed up in victory when perishability puts on imperishability. It is not the will of God for man to die. Death is the destiny of Satan that he imparted upon men at fall. Satan also depends on the power of sin to sustain death. God will never protect any life that is corrupted. It is the desire of God to accomplish the resurrection of the dead but He needs men who are separated by the Spirit of life and immortality to achieve it. There are several ways the angel of death is empowered to harvest the lives of men. If those doors are not closed, people will continue to die. It is very grievous for people to keep supporting the angel of death through their messages. One of the ways Satan has kept men down is through devaluation. This is not the time to submit to death. Death should be seen as an enemy. The grave should be seen as a prison-yard. Any land where there is grave is not a perfect land.

This book also dealt with wounds as one of the major causes of death. All who are in the grave were wounded to death. Satan depends on wounds to prepare men for death. The grave is an unfortunate domain of the wounded. When men die, they don’t finish with whatever killed them. We must not allow Satan to depend on sicknesses or diseases to destroy our bodies. The body of man is the most important aspect of the man that spirits envy. In the grave, the value of man is mocked. There are so many people who are alive but are actually dead. Death is a disconnection from God and His immutable words. When the living disconnects from God and His word, there is no difference between them and those in the grave. Those who are not meant for the grave must not tolerate wounds in their lives. Whatever kills a man will be in charge of his destiny. I wrote this book to enlighten the eyes of understanding of the end-time army about the destiny of this controversial millennium.
