INTRODUCTION

There are antichrists but there is a capital antichrist. Antichrists are corporate company of religious people who deny that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. It is the antichrist’s company that will produce the capital antichrist. The manifestation of the antichrist in this millennium will be alongside the manifestation of the Lion of Judah. If you look closely at the events that surrounded the coming of Jesus Christ, you will discover that the bone of contention was that the Jews didn’t believe that Jesus was the Christ. The ignorant Jews of Jesus’ days wanted a Christ physically from heaven. They didn’t expect Christ to manifest from Jesus. This spiritual blindness motivated them to crucify Him. What happened in the days of Jesus is about to repeat. It is wrong to predict who the antichrist is when the prophecy made concerning the second coming of Jesus Christ is not yet fulfilled. The antichrist won’t appear dangerous and might not have horns. He is just a zealous man who loves the Lord but is ignorant. Not having access to the relevant revelations of a given time is more grievous than any heinous sin.

However, the messianic ministry of Jesus Christ was built on His Son ship. The life of God is in His revelation. It was the hidden truths the Jews didn’t have access to, during the controversial messianism of Jesus Christ that produced antichrists from them. The antichrist of Jesus’ time denied the Rock upon which the life of Jesus and the church were hewn. Nothing is as risky as being where God has left. The antichrist were blind brothers of Jesus who didn’t believe in Him as Christ. Antichrists are ignorant family members who don’t have the spiritual eyes to see what God is showing to them.

God achieves so much through revelation. When people lack ability to see what God is revealing to them, they become servants of satan. It is not having the ability to see what God is revealing that produces antichrists. As long as God is hiding Himself, people will continue to misinterpret Him and all men are liars.

Like any prominent event of the end time, the manifestation of the antichrist is imminent. The fulfilment of the prophecy made concerning the second coming of Christ will manifest the antichrist. The antichrist is an end time lying spirit that will deny that Jesus came in the flesh. It is also a spirit of error and blindness that denies the Sonship of Jesus Christ. A lot of predictions and prophetic interpretations have been made by eschatologists and Bible scholars concerning who the antichrist is and when he will appear but the truth remains that the manifestation of the antichrist can’t be separated from the coming of the Lion of Judah. Why we need to be careful about the end time prophetic event is because, godliness is a great mystery. God doesn’t focus on the negative. The manifestation of the Lion of Judah is far more important to God than concentrating on the lying spirit of the antichrist. This is the time of the antichrist.

The presence of antichrists in the midst of saints is like the tares that grow with the wheat. The Bible says in the book of John’s epistle, that they were with us but later went out because they are not of us. This implies that the antichrist’ company was previously part of the end time army.

The end time is a season of extraordinary caution when things appear the way they are not. It is a precarious time when those who went out from us can use what they know about us against us. Because of how complicated the end time is, there are few people to trust. We must not forget that the wrong people that were in the team of Jesus was His major challenge. The temple police that arrested Jesus wouldn’t have known where to find Him if not for the treachery of Judas Iscariot.

Nothing is more dangerous than sharing our lives with people who are not actually part of us. Amongst the mammoth crowd who insisted that Jesus should be crucified were mindless sycophants who previously wanted to force Jesus to become the king of the Jews because of personal gain. A Judas Iscariot company might not be counted with the antichrists but only an active betraying company that kisses its mentor in an illicit transaction.

This Biblical illustration is an architype of an end time religious leader who satan must use to accomplish a heartless religious bigotry at this time. This is the time for a Caiaphas company-a group of overzealous religious tyrants who can commit any heinous crime just to sustain a vain ecclesiastical relevance. The antichrists is a company of disenchanted people who don’t think deeply about the consequences of their actions.

I hate to think about how people can be sincere and still be blind. The prince of this world motivating the antichrist company to crucify Jesus Christ is an act of honest service. When Jesus was eventually crucified, those long-capped, heavily-bearded religious leaders heaved a sigh of relief that a blasphemous impostor who claimed equality with God and deceived men has finally died. They were sincerely devoted in their service to God but spiritual blindness made them agents of the devil. It is more grievous than worrisome of the zeal of an obvious blind man who claims to see. The time of the antichrist is a time of religious zeal.

The precarious nature of this season is making demand on us to test every spirit because even now, there are many antichrists in our midst.
