INTRODUCTION

God like other spirits can’t function on earth without human tabernacles. What God achieves on earth is controlled by the kind of human tabernacle that He ideologically erects from Himself. This human tabernacle is a house of destiny that God must depend on to raise a known people for Himself. God’s destiny on earth is determined from this human tabernacle. It is also from this human tabernacle that God gives men destiny. It is wonderful to be a man. Because of the earth’s sovereignty of man, all things are made subject to him. We must therefore learn to appreciate our bodies because that is what spirits envy in us. Spirits can’t enjoy terrestrial glory that is meant only for men. The dominion of God on earth is exercised from His human tabernacles. It is the human tabernacles that reveal God on earth. It is illegal for a spirit to operate on earth without a human house.

However, man can’t build house for God to inhabit. God dwells in heavenly/ideological tabernacle that is not made with hands. Because of the nature of man, whatever he builds is made subject to destruction. God’s tabernacle on earth can’t be destroyed by man. God dwells in His tabernacle to introduce Himself to the earth. God shares covenant with His human house and He can’t be separated from him. God’s human tabernacle on earth is an ideological house through whom God forges the destiny of His people. The human tabernacle of God shares in God’s glory. It is the ideological nature of God’s human house that determines the kind of people that He will forge through such house. God relates only with His ideological house in men. It is the ideological tabernacle of God in men that introduces them to God. The relevance of Moses to God was determined from the ideology of the law and the messianism of Jesus Christ was an ideological messianism that was introduced from grace and truth. God’s human house represents the strength of God on earth. It is a rock of offense and a stumbling block to many. Whatever God will achieve on earth is controlled by the nature of human house that He built. Each time God releases His human tabernacle on earth, the earth shares in the glory of the vast eternity. God’s human tabernacle is an economy of a priceless value that subverts the antics of darkness without sweat. The kingdom of God is encapsulated in the human tabernacle of God. The human tabernacle which is all that God has on earth must be protected with jealousy.

Lives of men are preserved through their bodies. Therefore, our bodies must be protected from defilement. Whatever is defiled can’t be protected by God. The concern of this very book is to open the eyes of its readers to see the reason why the human body must be treated with sacred relevance. Since God can’t indwell defiled tabernacles, we must take new decisions to consecrate our bodies so that it can serve God’s eternal purpose.
