POSSESSING YOUR POSSESSION

INTRODUCTION

Whatever you want from God is already in you. Who we are is always far more important than what we want. Looking for ourselves is the first act of possession. The first possession God gave the man Jesus was Christ. Because man is the guardian angel of his possession, there is nothing we can get that is more important than what we have already. It is precarious to give men who have not discovered themselves an inheritance. What we are becoming is more important than what we have. God connects who we are to what we have. This was the reason the man Jesus waited to be one with Christ before declaring the controversial messianism of the suffering Servant. Nothing is like having a transformed personality. There is nothing Moses had that was more important than becoming a god. All that God achieved through Moses attests to the fact that he is a god. Jesus had to become one with the incarnate Christ before He could build the heavenly kingdom. God gives men dominion over what He achieves through them. Possessing your possession must involve our personal transformation. It is what we have eyes to see that God gives us.

The possession of every man is his vision. The possession of Adam was Edenic garden which he dressed and kept before his fall. The Lord gave the man Adam a place to keep and dress which was his possession. When Jesus came to the earth, He started the Church and that was His possession. Your possession is something you produced. Values speak more in possession than in fighting. There is no relevance without dominion. Your possession is a destiny which can’t be abandoned to chance. Possessing your possession is far more important than hawking for miracles. While God gives inheritance to His children, He declares His Omnipotence in the midst of the heathen through His miracles.

God put men in families before He gives them inheritance. God reveals to us who we are; what we are to accomplish and our place in the family before He gives us inheritance. The prodigal son got his inheritance from his father. The prodigal son took his inheritance from the family head who kept it for him. Saul lost the throne of Israel to David because he was a Benjamite. The royal destiny of Israel belonged to the family of David. Saul couldn’t continue to be a king in Israel because he was not from the lineage of Judah. God’s choice is more important than the efforts of men.

There is a difference between what you want God to do for you and what you are prepared to receive. God cares about your origin. Birth is part of inheritance. You have to be born into a particular family to qualify for their inheritance. God prefers rights to prayer. Birth and upbringing determines possession.

However, God considers a man’s root in the day of inheritance. Inheritance doesn’t come through prayer; it passes through lineage. The God of every man is found in the man’s root. Whatever a man becomes is far smaller than his source. Nothing denies its source. Where you are is not as important as where you ought to be but if you will arrive at any great destination, you must be part of your journey.

Moreover, people should make deliberate effort to work out their destinies. Working out your destiny is an important aspect of dominion. Whatever will have dominion must have the ability to multiply. God gives men dominion over the things they produce. Lazy people who consume what others produced without making personal efforts to produce are friends of satan. It is the efforts of men that rule. Whatever you want God to do for you is not more important than what you must do for yourself. The earth is a gift of God to all men but it is our focus and hard work that determines our portion.

The revelational light of this book is designed to connect you to everything that is meant for you.

Make it a must read.
